Job Description

As an HR Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization’s human resources department. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting recruitment activities, such as screening resumes and interviewing candidates.
• Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Implementing and monitoring performance appraisal processes.
• Developing and updating HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
