Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Answer customer inquiries about product features, pricing, and availability.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to management.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and problem-solving skills.
- Promote special promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
- Uphold store policies and procedures, including security measures and safety protocols
