Job Description
As a Health Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting health and providing information to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring excellent customer service by assisting clients with their health-related inquiries and concerns
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our healthcare products and services
- Educating clients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and disease prevention
- Handling and resolving clients’ complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure the provision of comprehensive care to our clients
To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of health-related topics. Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare industry is preferred.
