Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team at Dangote Group. As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical malfunctions or breakdowns.
- Install, align, and dismantle machinery and equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team on equipment upgrades and modifications.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
