Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Project & Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale capital projects and managing the infrastructure of our company.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for capital projects and infrastructure management
- Managing the lifecycle of projects, including planning, design, construction, and commissioning
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget and on schedule
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define project goals and objectives
- Leading a team of project managers and engineers
- Monitoring project performance and providing regular updates to management
- Identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in capital project management
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure planning and development
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in project management software
