Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in managing our Housing Ecosystem projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and delivery.

Your primary duties will include developing project plans, setting goals and objectives, managing project budgets, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing measures to mitigate them.

Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure that project requirements are met and deliverables are of high quality. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of housing development processes.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the housing sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for effective collaboration and project coordination.
