Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Researching potential leads and prospects in target markets
- Contacting and establishing rapport with decision-makers
- Presenting our products/services to potential clients
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business development strategies
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Prior experience in business development or sales is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential.
