Job Description
Baamoc Integrated Services, a travel & tourism management company headquartered in Dubai with branch offices in Port Harcourt, Abuja, and Lagos, is currently seeking a Visa Processing Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Process visa applications for various destinations, ensuring the accuracy of travel documentation and compliance with immigration laws and processes
- Maintain effective communication with clients to gather required documentation, provide visa-related information, and keep them updated on visa status
- Stay updated on evolving visa policies, entry requirements, and immigration trends for various countries
- Maintain good relationships and network with embassies and consulates to expedite visa processing when necessary
- Familiarity with visa application processes and requirements for various countries
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Well-versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual, etc.)
- Assist clients in understanding and completing visa application forms
- Support the business development and sales teams
- Proven work experience as Visa Processing Officer with vast experience in work visas, tourist visas, visit visas, and study visas
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using relevant software and databases
Qualification:
- 5 years and above
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Sociology, or any other Social Science discipline
- Certification in visa processing or related areas is a plus. Membership of other related professional organizations will be an added advantage
- IATA certification is a plus
