Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Engineering and Learning Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial role in coordinating engineering projects and assisting in the development of learning programs for our employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate project milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
- Support the engineering team with technical expertise, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in relevant engineering software and tools.
- Prior experience in coordinating engineering projects is a plus.
