Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Hospital Human Resources & Administrative Manager. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the hospital.

Your main responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, employee training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and policy and procedure development. You will also be responsible for managing the administrative staff, ensuring smooth operations in areas such as medical records, billing, and office management.

To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of human resources practices, labor laws, and healthcare regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be working closely with employees at all levels, including physicians, nurses, and support staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing human resources functions in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with labor laws and healthcare regulations
