Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Officer who will effectively monitor standards and ensure the quality of incoming and outgoing products.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming products.
- Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product supply chain.
- Report cases of compromised products that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records.
- Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines.
- Providing training to the quality assurance team.
- Design an efficient QC protocol that can be used across all domains.
- Recommend improvement measures to the workshop and OEM on process to ensure quality control standards are met.
- Guide the Service team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of Installations and repairs.
Qualifications:
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Physics Electronics.
- Post-graduate qualifications in the related fields will be an added advantage.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant QC experience.
- Relevant Experience in a similar industry will be an added advantage.
Skill Requirements:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge is the use of equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, DC Regulators, Variac, others. standard EE lab equipment.
- Good practical experience with MS Office – particularly with PowerPoint.
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
- Profound knowledge of quality control standards.
