Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant on a day-to-day basis. You will supervise the staff, manage customer inquiries and complaints, and oversee the overall dining experience of our customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and guiding the restaurant staff in their daily tasks
- Maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues efficiently
- Monitoring inventory and ensuring stock availability
- Assisting in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
