Job Description
HR
Responsibilities:
– Use advanced Boolean tools to source top-tier candidates.
– Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
– Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
– Oversee HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
– Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
– Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Recruiter/HR Manager.
– In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes.
– Familiarity with job boards, social media, and professional networks.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
– Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Salary: ₦100,00.00 – ₦150,00.00 per month
