Job Description

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hair Sorters. As a Hair Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products by carefully sorting and categorizing human hair according to various criteria.

Responsibilities:

• Examine incoming batches of human hair extensions to assess quality and suitability for processing.
• Sort and categorize hair strands based on length, texture, color, and other specifications as required.
• Remove any defective or unsuitable hair strands to maintain product integrity.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the sorting process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns related to hair quality or sorting procedures.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role within the hair processing industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with small items.
• Good color perception and ability to differentiate between various shades of hair.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.

Salary: ₦40,00.00 – ₦50,00.00 per month

Education: Post-secondary (technical & vocational) (Preferred)
