Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Hair Sorters. As a Hair Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our products by carefully sorting and categorizing human hair according to various criteria.
Responsibilities:
- Examine incoming batches of human hair extensions to assess quality and suitability for processing.
- Sort and categorize hair strands based on length, texture, color, and other specifications as required.
- Remove any defective or unsuitable hair strands to maintain product integrity.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the sorting process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report any issues or concerns related to hair quality or sorting procedures.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role within the hair processing industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with small items.
- Good color perception and ability to differentiate between various shades of hair.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
