Job Description
JD for Admin role:
Study Arabic In Africa is an established Arabic institute that delivers remote Immersion Arabic classes and Immersion Arabic excursions to a few locations in Africa (Morocco, Egypt, and Senegal). As demand for immersion courses increases, some growth initiatives are planned namely:
- Creation of new online courses
- Expansion of social media presence
- Creation of a smartphone application for immersion
- Reaching out to new locations and establishing long-term partnerships / working relations.
To this end, an Administrator is required to support these initiatives. The executive assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Website content creation and management
- Social media management and content creation
- Courses management (Immersion and Excursion)
- Relationship building and management with clients
The successful applicant must have the following skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Good customer-facing skills
- Basic IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Fast learner
- Social media management skills
- Basic project management skills
- Strong interest/proficiency in Arabic language
Remuneration:
N12,500 per day on a rolling 3-month contract. First 6 weeks probation.
