Job Description
The Sales Manager sells the company’s products and services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. They work as a team with the Head of Sales on strategic steps to generate sales for the company and approach potential customers to win new business.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Sales of properties of the company.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and closing deals.
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base.
- Achieve growth and sales targets by working with the sales team.
- Arrange for new realtors to collaborate to facilitate the sales networking process.
- Assist homeowners in completing necessary paperwork and legal documents.
- Advise prospective clients on pre-listing and showings.
- List properties and businesses for sale and lease.
- Advise buyers on property merits and terms of sale.
- Conduct property inspections and facilitate real estate transactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience.
- Good negotiation skills.
Salary: NGN 150,00 Plus Commission
