A consulting firm in Surulere, Lagos State is hiring Accountants for their Audit Unit (Consulting) department. The firm provides exceptional audit, tax, and consulting services to a diverse range of clients across various industries.
Job Summary:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under senior team members’ supervision.
- Conduct thorough testing of financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Perform substantive testing procedures to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Document audit findings and communicate observations to the engagement team and client management.
- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and other deliverables for presentation to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and industry trends relevant to audit engagements.
