Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. You will be involved in strategic planning, staff management, customer service, and ensure overall business success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the daily operations of the company
- Supervise and coordinate staff members, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve company goals
- Monitor key performance indicators and take actions to improve business performance
- Ensure quality customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
