Job Summary:
A Technology company based in Surulere, Lagos State, dedicated to revolutionizing the way content is delivered and consumed, is seeking a talented and motivated Content and Video Delivery Associate to join its team. This role requires a strong understanding of content management systems, video encoding technologies, and distribution protocols.

Job Description/Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery process for video and content assets, including encoding, transcoding, and packaging for distribution.
- Collaborate with content producers, editors, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
- Monitor content delivery pipelines and troubleshoot issues related to encoding, transcoding, and delivery protocols.
- Implement best practices for video optimization, compression, and quality control to ensure optimal viewing experiences across all devices and platforms.
- Work closely with IT and engineering teams to integrate new technologies and improve content delivery infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain documentation for content delivery workflows, protocols, and technical specifications.
- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in video delivery and content management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on content delivery systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2 years of working experience.
