Job Description
The Sales Officer (Publications Materials) is responsible for promoting and selling publications materials for our company. This includes books, magazines, and other printed materials. The Sales Officer will be in charge of identifying potential clients, developing strategies to reach them, and persuading them to purchase our products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and develop strategies to reach them
- Make sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients
- Deliver excellent customer service to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients
- Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the publications or media industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
