Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire an experienced and results-driven Account Executive for one of our clients in Cashew production and export to lead the Accounting team and to develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and reconcile financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Process and record financial transactions, including payments, invoices, and expenses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets for review by management.
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the preparation for external audits and regulatory examinations.
• Handle communication with clients, addressing inquiries and providing financial guidance.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes, ensuring compliance in financial practices.

Qualifications/Skills required to fill this role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-7 years experience in Food/Manufacturing plants.
• Previous experience in Cashew processing industries is an added advantage.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar financial role.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
