We are currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Operations Manager.

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service; design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc in Hospitality or any other related course.
  • Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
  • Report to management regarding results and productivity.
  • Must be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve.
  • Organize training sessions for new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Cross-country travel may be required.

Salary:

  • N200,00 – N250,00 monthly.
