We are currently hiring for the position of Restaurant Operations Manager.
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities:
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service; design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and continuously make necessary improvements.
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in Hospitality or any other related course.
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
- Report to management regarding results and productivity.
- Must be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
- Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency.
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
- Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve.
- Organize training sessions for new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Cross-country travel may be required.
Salary:
- N200,00 – N250,00 monthly.
