We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff to support the day-to-day operations and enhance the efficiency of our growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO/Owner and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Task Management:
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.
  • Oversee and execute various projects, collaborating with different departments within the company.
  • Networking:
  • Leverage a strong network in the social media and entertainment industry to connect with relevant professionals.
  • Identify and engage potential partners, collaborators, and talents for upcoming projects.
  • Communication:
  • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO/Owner.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the organization and with external partners.
  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source and recruit candidates for specific positions within the company.
  • Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive network in the social media or entertainment industry.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
