Job Description

The Property Development Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and construction of new properties. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate industry along with excellent project management and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement property development strategies
  • Identify and evaluate potential development opportunities
  • Manage all aspects of the development process, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Negotiate and secure necessary permits and approvals
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor and track project progress, making adjustments as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or related field
  • Proven experience in property development management
  • Strong knowledge of zoning, building codes, and regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
