Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our reputable organization. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to our company on a wide range of legal matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate and timely legal advice to senior management regarding corporate governance, regulatory issues, and business transactions.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Managing external legal counsel and ensuring effective and efficient legal service delivery.
- Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and ensuring compliance across all departments.
- Representing the company in legal proceedings, including litigation and arbitration.
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
If you have a minimum of 10 years’ experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate legal department or law firm, and a sound understanding of commercial and corporate law, we would love to hear from you.
