Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent, your main responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and support through phone calls. You will be dealing with various customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their queries.
• Providing accurate and relevant information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues by following established protocols.
• Updating customer accounts with relevant information obtained during calls.
• Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with difficult customers.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with call centre software.
