Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team at Policy Innovation Centre. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial information, preparing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine financial records, reports, and statements
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data
• Manage monthly financial close process
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Review and analyze financial statements
• Provide support for audits
• Participate in budget planning and forecasting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
