Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our website.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
Telemarketing:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
- Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and leads.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through telemarketing efforts.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers through social media interactions.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of SSCE
- The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships.
