Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Land Republic, you will play a vital role in driving result-oriented sales strategies, cold-calling, networking, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will include guiding clients through the real estate sales process, from property identification to deal closure. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal skills, stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, and provide expert advice to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
• Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails.
• Present our company to potential prospects.
• Identify prospects’ needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Inspect properties as required.
• Report sales results to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas.
• Fair understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
