Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and hiring top talent.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for nurturing relationships with candidates, providing a positive candidate experience, and representing our company in a professional manner.
To excel in this role, you should have thorough knowledge of recruitment best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior role, is essential.
