Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Call customers using the customer contact provided in-house.
- Sell the company’s product to customers, both in person and over the phone, in a courteous manner.
- Monitor customer transactions until disbursement is complete.
- Follow up with Credit to ensure prompt resolution of customer requests.
- Ensure that daily reports are made available to the department head before the close of business each day.
- Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed before the close of business each day. If not, provide feedback to the department head.
- Listen to customer needs.
- Track trends and monitor competition.
- Work on brand values.
- Search for new and helpful marketing tools.
