Job Description
Manage and grow the Telegram crypto mining community, including setting up new platforms.
Ensure daily community engagement and prompt responses to queries and feedback.
Initiate interactive topics and activities to boost user participation and community vibrancy.
Develop miner-centric product guides to deepen understanding of ViaBTC services.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams for community-driven insights and strategy refinement.
Produce diverse content like articles, trend analyses, and updates, tailoring feedback-based approaches.
