Job Description
ROLE TITLE: STORE OPERATIONS MANAGER
INDUSTRY: FASHION
LOCATION: LEKKI, LAGOS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Store Operations:
- Manage day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and schedule adherence.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed store targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Motivate and lead the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Customer Experience:
- Uphold a high standard of customer service by leading by example.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer shopping experience.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Oversee the visual presentation of merchandise in line with brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and displays.
- Ensure the store is consistently aligned with the brand image.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
