Job Description
The Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for designing electrical systems and components for various projects. This includes creating, testing, and evaluating electrical designs, as well as analyzing data and making recommendations for improvements. The engineer will collaborate with other team members to ensure that design specifications are met and that projects are completed within budget and schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical systems and components based on client requirements
- Perform electrical calculations and analysis to ensure designs meet safety standards
- Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and project managers to coordinate projects
- Test and evaluate electrical systems and components
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the design and construction phases
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in electrical design and engineering
- Proficiency in using design software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
