We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Locations: Obalende and Yaba, Lagos; Sector: Banking

Job Description

  • Handle customer complaints or enquiries via telephone, emails or text messages.
  • Exhibiting competent product Knowledge.
  • Promote good listening skills.
  • Ensure that customers/callers are satisfied.
  • Gather information from customers.
  • Consistently ensure call(outbound/inbound) quality.
  • Manage length of calls.
  • Provide customers with needed information and support.
  • Make outbound calls.
  • Receive inbound calls.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high volume of calls.
  • Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call center manger to ensure synergy and all-time customer satisfaction.
  • Adherence to call script and call center policies.
  • Compile reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND / BSc with a minimum of Lower Credit/Second class lower
  • Only candidates with 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Not more than 28 years by the end of March 2024
  • Applicants with at least 6 months contact center experience will be considered for the opening.

Pay: N122,00 Net plus other benefits
