Job Description
Global Rainbowbird Partners – Our client, a reputable hotel, is recruiting to fill the position of Hotel Receptionist.
Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in a related field
- 2+ years of experience working as a hotel receptionist or guest services role in a hotel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
Salary: N70,00 – N100,00 Monthly.
