Job Description

We are excited to announce the opening for the IFC Global Internship Program – FIG Western Africa Internship. This internship position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial industry while having a positive impact on the development of Western Africa.

As an intern, you will work closely with the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) team, contributing to their efforts in supporting financial institutions across Western Africa. You will have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals, gain exposure to diverse projects, and contribute to the team’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in analyzing financial institutions’ performance and potential risks
  • Support the team in conducting market research and identifying business opportunities
  • Assist in the preparation of financial models and data analysis
  • Contribute to the development of presentation materials and reports

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in finance, economics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
