Job Description
The Assistant Admin Manager plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. This position requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing administrative activities, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is maintained.
- Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency.
- Support the admin manager in monitoring budgets and expenses.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
