Job Description
The Assistant Factory Manager is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the factory. This includes overseeing production, managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring the efficient running of all departments. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of production plans
- Supervising and guiding the factory staff
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring quality control
- Managing inventory and ensuring sufficient stock levels
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment
