Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Recovery Officer to join our team. As a Recovery Officer, your main responsibility will be to assist in the recovery process of overdue accounts while maintaining positive customer relations.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively contact customers with overdue accounts to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Review and analyze credit reports to assess risk levels and determine appropriate actions.
- Work closely with internal departments such as collections, legal, and customer service to ensure smooth resolution of delinquent accounts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on collection activities and progress.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in debt collection or a related field is preferred.
