Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified individual to fulfill the position of Head of Workforce Development at Mastercard Foundation. As the Head of Workforce Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the training and professional development of our employees.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. You will also be involved in the evaluation of training effectiveness and the implementation of strategies to continuously improve our workforce development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing training programs that align with business objectives
- Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs
- Developing and delivering training sessions for employees at all levels
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives
