Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. As a Maintenance staff member, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify any maintenance needs.
- Carry out necessary repairs, such as fixing plumbing issues, electrical problems, or broken machinery.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or maintenance tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs of completed tasks and performed repairs.
- Assist in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of our infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
