Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all technical aspects of our facilities, ensuring they are maintained and functioning at optimal levels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all equipment and systems are well-maintained and in working order.
- Coordinating with technical staff and external vendors to resolve any equipment or systems issues.
- Creating and implementing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize facility efficiency.
- Monitoring energy consumption and implementing energy-saving initiatives.
- Managing inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Providing technical support and assistance to other departments as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential for this role.
