Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team. As a Finance Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in financial management and reporting activities.
Your main responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and reconciling bank statements. You will also assist in preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software systems are also required.
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records
- Process and verify invoices, expenses, and reimbursements
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
