Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Facility Helpdesk Officer to join our team. As a Facility Helpdesk Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support for all facility-related inquiries and issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Receive and respond to facility-related inquiries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of problems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facility-related incidents and solutions provided.
- Assist in identifying areas for improvement in facility operations and propose effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using various software applications, including MS Office.
