Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and capable individual to join our team as HR Officer. As an HR Officer, your main responsibility will be to support the HR department in various tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in performance management activities, including performance evaluations and employee development plans.
- Handle employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in HR.
