Job Description

The company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will also be responsible for managing the accounting and finance teams, providing strategic financial guidance, and making recommendations to improve financial performance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance and accounting, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, and a master’s degree or CPA certification is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing financial strategies and plans
  • Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and forecasting
  • Analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making
  • Managing the budgeting process and ensuring financial targets are met
  • Providing leadership and direction to the finance and accounting teams
