Job Description
The role of an Administrative Officer is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, reports, and other documents.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Maintain and update files, databases, and records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide support to all departments as needed.
Requirements:
