Job Description

People Capacity Management is a human resources and management consulting firm located in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide services, expertise, and resources to both the private and public sectors through our deep knowledge of issues specific to industries and sectors.

We are recruiting to fill the position of Operations Agent:

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to operational processes.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving issues and providing necessary information.
  • Work closely with teams to troubleshoot issues and streamline processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
  • Provide customer service, interact with customers, collect data from customers for survey information.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational procedures and workflows.

Specifications:

  • Minimum of First Degree
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in Fintech.
  • Medium level understanding of cryptocurrency.
  • Highly skilled in utilizing various technology and tech tools.
  • Proficiency in Notion, Google suite tools.
  • Experience with AI and AI tools.
