Job Description
A Reception Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for hotel guests. They are the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any complaints or issues
- Processing reservations and managing room assignments
- Assisting with the registration and departure process
- Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Maintaining the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
